I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I stayed in on the upper floors was beautiful, comfortable, and quiet, while the one at the ground level had a smell of dust and moisture coming from the carpet. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly Linsay at the reception. The location had great water pressure and was safe and quiet, but the dining options were overpriced. The hotel's facilities were decent but nothing extraordinary.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided lovely Rituals toiletries, including a small mini-bar. The service was exceptional with super helpful staff. The location was perfect, near good restaurants and the Blanche metro stop but situated in a quiet side street. The dining experience was outstanding with beautifully arranged and delicious meals. One downside was the lack of variety in the dining menu, but overall, my experience was amazing.
